Requirement:
1- Compiling the source code as a static library (not Dll, just static lib with a header include file and folder) and not precompiled for windows CE 5.0 (called smart device in VS2008)
2- using visual studio 2008 smart device with Windows CE 5.0 Standard SDK for compile

4- and finally you should be able to run the below demo on WinCE:
