I am looking for a website designer who can design and train our staff to use the software after so we can self manage it.
The database management system would allow us to directly market to our participants (customers) breaking down each customer into unique marketing groups.
Exclusive offers would also be able to be emailed to them offering discounts to all involved.
Essentially it would be a website where footballers can look for teams in Herefordshire, teams can look for players, parents can find clubs for their child(ren) and football providers can look for the people to participate in their competitions/events. A google heatmap would also show up also so players could find their local clubs.
It would be linked to their facebook, twitter or a unqiue passworded area which would then give a profile with such details as when you wanted to play, where and what format of the game you wanted to play with full contact details of all members.
A database would sit behind this so the HFA could access all this data and before an opportunity to advertise then the HFA would have an approval level to ensure that it could be advertised.
The postings would then automatically link to our twitter and facebook accounts with the link to the advert auto posting.
A player would have to give the following details, name, email address, facebook (optional) and twitters accounts (optional), and home address.
It would also act as a tool for volunteers to getinto the game.

There will also be a place where people can advertise paid vacancies on the site, where they can state if the position in voluntary or paid and if paid, whether it is sallaried, wage per hour or per session, including travel expenses at what rate and what position title it is.
A search feature will be in place so you can find the opportunity you want using the football filter.
All posts will remain on the site for just 1 month and be posted on twitter and facebook once a week!
