1. The Theme of the website is Coffee, focused on Roasting Machines.

2. All images used cannot infringe any laws.
Most Images I will supply and will take responsibility.
3. I need a provision to play animation on the website, as well as videos.
With animation I mean a 3D female model talking and moving across the screen.
The modelling work is done in Poser3D.
4. I need a script for a password protected member area with registration procedure I can manually approve. Inside that member area I need a blog script for the members to communicate.
5. I need a user interface where I can change all content text on the site with a full-fledged content editor so I can change all content and add pages if needed.
6. I need a profit calculation page that I will submit to you in an Excel formula.
7. I need Picture banners in the header on every page
8. I might add more things but nothing major
