Perform work on a Wordpress theme including the addition of content and styling

We are wrapping up a redesign of our Wordpress site and need the assistance of a developer to complete the site. The requirements include;
- Implementing an interactive GIF as a header background
- Adding video to another pages header background
- Adding sample content and images that we can update
- Various styling
- Build of a new page to include a table
Various other tasks. A full document will be provided to devs of interest as well as any graphics required although we would prefer you to drop in dummy graphics and content that we can update.
You should be extremely dliligent and detail orientated. The work performed will be tested by our QA team for popular browsers and mobile so please.. no shortcuts. We do this work on a regular basis so this is a good opportunity to start working with us.
Should be a piece of cake for a top notch Wordpress dev (10-15 hours)! This is required asap so only bid if you can get started immediately.
