Joomla Registration and Account Pages

This project is for both a registration and account page that will have the same information on it, but the registration page will send an email to the administrator for approval, and the account detail page will be so the approved user can edit their account later.

The site is already built, but the current developers have taken months to finish the site, and we've finally had to remove them from the process per our client's request.

Here are the details of the account connections:

1) The account allows access to a secure area of the site.

2) We need the account to load information for the user into Mailchimp.

2) The user in the account can be part of various groups in the site.

3) A user should be able to email to another user or another group using a form on the site, or to ALL through Mailchimp.

4) The user will show up in the People sections of each group they belong to with appropriate title and contact information.

We believe the Mailchimp connection is what has our current development team stumped. We need a developer who can solve the problem quickly and efficiently. We will be reasonable regarding time frame, but need deadlines to be met, as the client is already done waiting.

As the site is currently completed aside from this issue, there will be some connections that need to be made, and some customized code may need to be changed to make it all work properly. Please, consider this in your bid.

If this job description is confusing to you, you probably haven't customized a Joomla site before, and probably shouldn't be bidding on the project. We need someone(s) who knows what he/she is doing.
