Install Linux + [login to view URL] for clientless RDP solution

We are wanting an experienced individual to help us install a lightweight linux distro with a firefox browser. We then want to install xpra to allow remote desktop access via nothing but a web browser. We want to be able to view this firefox browser remotely through any browser with no client side software required.
We would like
-Only the browser application in the remote desktop, not the rest of the desktop environment
-basic username and password protection
-installed on our digital ocean droplet (will provide access)
-The experience to be smooth with minimal delay
-Bonus: refresh state every time you login (browser clear cache and history, or even better keep per user settings, so if a different user logs in the browser history / settings change).
If this goes smooth, there will be more work as we refine this process.
If you have other solutions that you think may be better we are open to suggestions. If you have experience with such technologies let us know as well.
