Design a Thank You Post Card / Roll Sticker for packages

Hi, my business is an online retailer selling home goods on Baker Rowe, Amazon and eBay.
We mostly sale table linens, Dining Sets, glassware, lamps, holiday decor, party supplies.
I want need two items:
1. A two sided 4 x 6 inch Thank you card (2 - 3 designs)
2. 4 x 4 inch rounded square sticker.
Part 1 - Thank You Insert:
- Two sided.
- 'Thank You' insert will go in every outgoing package.
- It will thank the customer for shopping with my company Baker Rowe and offer a 15% discount code on a future purchase.
- Has Social Media Information on it
- Has business contact information on it
- Has business logo on it

2. roll sticker.
These will be to stick on the outside of our boxes. We would like our instagram / pinterest info and our Baker Rowe website. The sticker will be 4 x 4 inches.
