I'm working on a new wordpress site, the site in going to be a music teacher index.
This is my site

(note that my host company is blocking users from outsite my coutry, for security resouns. so you have to be creative, maybe working from teamviewre or something like that)
My problem is this -
When a user is using the site search option (that contains 2 boxes, one for "instrument category", and one for "city") he will be redirected to an archive page that contains all of the relevant teachers. So far so good, But I can't control this archive dynamic pages in able give them a meta title, descriptions and so on. And this archive pages are the ones I want to use for seo purposes.
I need someone to change my site code in such a way that will automaticly change the archive pages - meta titles, urls, and page titles (the title that appears inside the archive page itself).
All of the above should be named as a combination of the name of the chosen category, and the chosen city. for example - if someone is searching for a "guitar teacher", and " in NY". The url, the meta title, and the page title should be - "guitar teacher in NY".
And four little extra tasks -
First problem - The site theme is responsive but at least for my mobile phone (LG-K10), and I'm guessing for some other devices, the site home page and some other pages looks uneven. I need someone that can make sure the site if fully responsive for all devices. can send screen shots if needed.
Plus this is the theme demo where and mobile version of the site looks nice and even, this is how it should look like -

Second problem - I'm trying to translate my theme and there are couple of places I can't find where to do so. One place is at the home page where there is a button saying "search" (needed to be translated to the hebrew word "חפש"), and another place is at the post pages, like this one -

at the buttom of the page you'll find the word "tags:" (needed to be translated to the hebrew word ":תגיות").
Third problem - At the center of the home page there is a picture of a kid with green shirt playing a guitar.
Over there you will find 3 titles, with a little text after each one. Each title ends with a "dot" sign, and this is some kind of a default, I want the delete the dots, all three.
fourth problem -
At the buttom of each page there is the theme name - "Wonderful NicDark WP Theme". I want to delete this as well.
