PHP to pass/read parameters from instagram authentication page

Create php file that receives a user parameter (from our site), then redirects to instagram authentication page and reads the access token generated by instagram after the user inserts his/her instagram credentials (the access token will be returned as part of the url).
The php will also write the given logged user parameter and his/her respective access token in a txt file. We want to implement the client-side authentication from this webpage [login to view URL]
