Add features to an Angular4 website (RESTful ws, webpack deployment, ...) and test if NativeScript can be used for our mobile app

We have a web app that displays targeted financial news based on a user profile.
We would like to perform those 8 tasks to help our backend developer:
1. Migrate the current code build from systemjs to webpack
2. Make ngx-restangular work with current code in angular 4.1.0
3. If it works, create webpack production deployment (minify, uglifyjs… example is provided in description)
4. Test if solutions like Ionic and NativeScript make sense for our mobile versions for sharing codebase
5. Add standard secure login system (server will be adapted accordingly to facilitate)
6. Clean and remove unnecessary libraries / code. We used a broad generic admin template
Additional milestone based tasks:
7. Maintain the data model and related rest queries (*** this task can be extended later and lead to new awarded projects)
8. Upgrade the app look and feel (better css, …)
