I am looking for an enthusiastic individual to fill in a pr database of blogs that chart in hype machine into a google sheet. Require to gather information such as name, personal email address to be found and entered into the database. Experience with web scraping/ data mining preferred. Looking to collate as many genre specific blogs as possible.
You will have to do some digging to find this data. Especially the personal email address of the writer of the blog article. Check if the person who blogged has a personal website.
Hype Machine works is basically like Reddit for music. It’s a website that curates over 700 hand-picked music blogs.
An interest in music is preferred but not essential.
