I need someone to make me a Stream/Twitch View Bot Program Written In c++

It needs these capabilities:

-It needs a UI

-It needs a mass proxy IP:Port/setting support in which a person can supply their own proxy list in .txt format

-Url/setting in which you will send the bots to selective streaming channel

-Views/Bots/Proxies need to meet at least 10,000 or more in max capacity in views

- It needs multi core/threads capability support

-Multi stream channel simultaneously support

-Support in using stream accounts as view bots(Example:A Twitch Account)

-Support in using said stream accounts to also comment in the chat box with preselected dialog
