I need an App (Iphone+android), two languages (english + a second one, I will provide the texts) where the user can:
-complete specific questionarries (with score calculation at the end)
-complete a 24-hour daily diary of specific events (hour and type of event)
-create a report of the events which can be mailed

I need you to develop an hybrid app, so It can work for both android and iOS. You also need to upload it on play store and app store.
I don't have the design so you need to do both design and development. Let me know your timeline and cost.
