A freelancer is needed to alter existing code in a legacy, proprietary piece of software.

The legacy software was written with Turbo Pascal and operated on the MS-DOS platform. The objective is to relocate former parallel port io operations to a replacement "DIO" type PCI card. Existing software will need to have the procedures altered. Understanding of interfacing with PCI devices under MS-DOS is mandatory. Please avoid bidding if you do not have experience in this area.
