Trust Pilot Business Generated Links integration with AES-CBC secure data

I am trying to integrate Trust Pilot into our website. For the project I am doing we have to use the Business Generated Links integration which is the attached document. What I need is a page written in PHP to take data from the page url to create a JSON formatted payload object which then has to be encrypted with AES-CBC and posted to Trust Pilots url which will be displayed in an iframe on the page.
These are the variables I need to pass through to Trust Pilot.
$storename=$_GET['storename'];
$firstname=$_GET['firstname'];
$lastname=$_GET['lastname'];
$email=$_GET['email'];
$clientnumber=$_GET['clientnumber'];
$name=urlencode($firstname.' '.$lastname);
$storename will be used as the tag.
Encryption Keys will be supplied.
Please do not apply unless you are able to do the encryption as this is the part we are stuck on. You need to read the attached document and understand the encryption type that needs doing!!
