I need a simple app, yet well implemented. There are 2 types of user and admin panel.
Regular user, after registering a detailed info about him/her-self, will be daily presented with questions queries, to be answered at their convenience. The question will have 4 answer options, and the user should have a nice interface to answer them. Imagine Tinder-like interface, where instead of pictures of the user, there is a question asked in cards, and the user can swipe the card up or down right left, and provide an answer to this question this way.
The user also should have a tab where statistics of each question is presented. But only of those questions that were answered by him as well.
On the other hand, there is another type of user, who needs to go through payment gateway and then be able to ask questions in exchange for the credit. This user has access to all the asked questions, in all details of user segments and so on. Reports can be sent to e-mail as well.
Also, there is a paying user, who can subscribe to view the statistics of all answers by category.
The software has to be created not in English but in a different language, so it has to be made in Englis and language file has to be separate for easy translation.
Also, we seek for long term relationships, as the app will have to be developed and improved over time, so the creator has to be available for that as well.
