Ideas for extending my house

I would like help with some ideas and suggestions on how to extend my house. Focus should be on coming up with good ideas, and not on producing nice drawings. Generating proper drawings will be a separate project when I decide what I want. It is ok to draw the suggestion in pen on the existing drawings or to change my .dwg or to make new drawings if you feel this is the most effective way to communicate.
Attached are files with original drawings for the house, a dwg of what the floor plan looks like today, a list of things I'd like to do with the house and a description of the zoning regulations.
I forgot to add .txt to the file instructions. This is the same file as instructions.txt
