EDIT CSS on wordpress, looks little wierd -- 2

My website is experiencing banner and logo displacement, the home page is fine but the banner when switched on different page is messed up, need to adjust it to be same as home page banner.
also when on mobile the banner position is fine but the icons are in the way, id like to move the icons down so its not infront of logo.
Also the login/register page, doesnt have register on the page, and also the checkout when clicked doesnt work
