Conversion Rate Optimization

We are looking for a CRO expert to help improve our website conversion rate.

This is ongoing work rather than a one off project. The number of hours per month will vary depending on the level of skill and experience.

Key points:

- Australian service based industry website currently receives around 30K sessions per month

- Conversions are classified as filling out a form to make an enquiry

- We are looking to increase our conversion rate (number of enquiry / booking forms filled out on website)

Requirements:

- Audit existing site from a CRO perspective

- A/B split testing using tools such as optimizely

- Analyse Google analytics to find areas for improvement

- Analyse hotjar to find areas for improvement

- Recommend tools and strategies to improve conversion rates

- General CRO consultancy

Additional experience with SEO would be highly regarded.
