Build A Website That Can Connect To SugarCRM

We are looking to develop a website for our apartment rental business that is similar to this site: [url removed, login to view] We are using sugarCRM to manage all of the data about the company. This contains the information about what buildings we own, what apartments are available. It will be where we upload pictures of the units and store data about which units will be available and when. But between sugarCRM and our front end we want to have a content management system. It will be in this system that we will edit all of the static pages of the website.
The website I gave above gives a very good idea of what we would like. But let me outline specifically some of the features we would like:
-We like the list view as well as the map view to see properties.
-We like the apply now and contact property functions but we don't need the chat function.
-We don't need the ability to rate the property.
-We do like the walk score, but we don't need to have it if it's difficult to add.
-We like the other suggested properties at the bottom of the page.
-We like having the subtabs (Floors & Pricing, Property Features, etc.) but it would be nice if we could change those tabs within the content management system.
-We like how you can select a unit type and then see the specifically available units and their prices.
-We like the maps and directions tab.
-We like the pictures at the top and how you can scroll through them.
We don't want to copy this website exactly, but we do really like it's clean style and functionality and we would like to make something similar that works with sugarCRM.
-We will do all of the sugarCRM work (e.g. creating the appropriate modules), but you will need to use the SOAP interface to connect to sugarCRM. I want the content management system to drive as much of the website as possible. Therefore you'll probably have to create or find plugins to do all the functionality we need. You will need to write the code to connect and get the information from sugarCRM. Lastly, you'll need to create or find a clean front end that is similar to the site shown above.
When bidding this project please submit the content management system you would like to use for the project. I would probably recommend Drupal, Joomla, or Wordpress, but I would be willing to consider something else. Lastly, I would highly prefer it if you have had experience with sugarCRM, but I will not require it. In your bid please describe your experience with sugarCRM as well as your experience with the content management system of your choice.
