Powerpoint plug-in to photo site

We have a website called [url removed, login to view] where people can use credits to download photos for use in presentations. We want to make it easier for people to place one of our photos in a presentation, and therefore we want to have a powerpoint plug-in. People should be able to do the following:

- Download the plug-in and install on their computer

- After installing, there should be an extra button "find photo" in the menu bar. When you click this, an panel/window opens where you can put in search terms. The plugin should pass these through to the website, get results.

- ideally, the user (assuming he is logged in) can select a picture, check out and the picture is inserted in the powerpoint document. If the user is not logged on, it is ok to refer to the website (open in browser window) and the user can complete transaction

Note: we have a mockup in powerpoint that shows the intended layout for the panel. It is attached, look at this and read the yellow boxes.

Note: we want this to work in the most common versions of powerpoint, mac and windows. let us know which powerpoint versions you will support in your bid. We want a single quote for both windows and mac combined.

Note: in the powerpoint mockup, you see the URL that the plug-in can use to obtain results. This URL does not work yet, but one of our developers will develop this or something very similar
