Wanted : 2 ebooks on poetry

If you're the writer I’m looking for, you'll be creative, passionate about writing, have excellent spelling, grammar, write conversationally and be enthused to write about poetry. Ideally you would have some experience in either teaching or writing poetry. Any writers that have had their poetry published would be highly desirable, but this is not mandatory.

What I’m after. I'm after 2 ebooks covering the following topics below. These ebooks will feature as the core products on offer, so it is essential that they are comprehensive and of high quality.

Beginners course in poetry ??" how to write poetry(21 pages)?

Advanced poetry ??" publishing etc (37 pages) Existing Content.

I already have 2 ebooks containing the basics of what is needed. The content in these ebooks will found the overall framework for this project. However it is essential that the writer understands clearly that the wording within these ebooks are to be used as guides only ??" with all content to be heavily edited. In short, work with what I provide, simply rephrase, rework and reword. I would like to use the same layout and “magazine?? type feel as the ebooks I currently have.

Copyright.

It is essential that no work is blatantly copied or plagiarised.

Miscellaneous.

For any referenced content, I would like to have the origin specified. This includes references to source material, eg where you got the information from (website, journal, individual's name, etc). The ebooks needs to be in conversational English. It should not be technical, but needs to be grammatically correct. It is absolutely essential that the wording flows, makes sense and contains a level of warmness. Please note ??" The ebooks are not to simply include poems. They are aimed towards how people can create, and write poems. I already have a large collection of poems that I intend on adding as a free bonus.

Platform.

The book needs to be in MS Word. (Word 2002 if possible ??" as I have an older copy of Office)

Deliverables.

All deliverables must be sent to myself before the deadline(s) for this project...with no exceptions.

In Summary.

1) The ebooks are to contain the same word count figures as the ones I provide as examples, and are to be delivered as MS Word file.

2) I would like to see an example of the first couple of pages to make sure you are on the right track, before you do any further work. I find that's a good way to cut down on re-work.

3) I’ll review and approve the ebooks to make sure they’re within specification.

4) I’ll retain complete ownership and copyright and have exclusive right to use all work on my website and for direct mail.

5) It doesn’t matter to me if you use content from other websites to give you ideas for writing, just don’t copy the content and infringe on a copyright. All work must MUST BE ORIGINAL.

6) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Expected Interaction.?

Good levels of communication throughout the project are expected.

Ongoing input and feedback throughout the project are expected.?

I will ensure that I am available during the project to assist where necessary.

Deadline.

I’d like to have these ebooks written ASAP. Deadline is at least by end of November, however before then is desirable. A bonus will be given if completed before deadline.

Quality must not be sacrificed in order to meet a hurried deadline.?

If at any point, there are concerns about not meeting this deadline due to unforseen delays, every effort must be made in order to communicate these issues with myself immediately.?
