Merge Utility(repost)

I have a contact list (a csv) including fax numbers in an act databse

that I fax to via winfax.

I have a data list (a csv file) with data in it. ie: name, details, and a phone number with area code.

I want to merge the name and the details of the data csv into a source document creating multiple personalized letters.

and send each personalized document only to the contacts in the list csv that match the area code included in the record, (winfax)

it would be good if the utility could retrieve the data (the data list) from an sql database on my server and recognize the date of the last data record so that it only merges data new records since the send.

All automated.

End result:

document 1 goes to contacts with area code x

documents 2 goes to contacts with area code y

etc
