MAGENTO Cross-Browser Testing and Identify All Defects/issues

Hello,
I am looking for somebody with some strong skills in Magento Cross browser testing to make sure my website is compliant with all major browsers
IE8+ , Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IPAD, Iphone etc..
What will you need to deliver?
- A MS word document with a list of all defects for each browser and how to re-create the defects
- Provide Screenshot proof of each of the defect in a detailed section area.
- Identify Javascript/Jquery and CSS issues for each browser
- Identify functionality issues such as windows not opening, or bad alignment etc..
Requirements?
- Experience with Cross browser testing
- Good writing skills and explaining issues.
- Experience with Magento ( optional )
Budget: $250 for mid-level experience. $350 for professional experience with positive feedback from previous browser testing projects.
