Email Graphics Designer

We are looking for a graphics designer that can design and layout our email campaigns for restaurant equipment and supplies. We will assist with the selection of the product, and theme of the email, but will be looking for assistance in the creation of of the actual email. Over time, as you get a better idea of who we are, our company, what we sell, and the seasonality, I would hope to get additional input and suggestions on your part as well.
We currently have a subscription with Subscribermail, and everything can be created in HTML so three are no constraints on what can be done.
I have included links below of some of the previous emails that we have sent out so you can get an idea of what we have done in the past. I am looking for something clean and fresh, but does not have to mirror the exact emails that you see here. I am going to start this project off with one or two emails so I can get a better feel for our working relationship and not commit to too much, Ultimately, we are looking at sending out 2 emails per week, so this can wind up being a longer term relationship rather than just a one off job. I want to make sure we are the right fit for each other.
I have access to all the digital photography of our products, and limited stock photography. If you have access to royalty free images that is an added bonus, otherwise I can purchase them from Shutterstock or similar sites.
There are some requirements that I need met:
* Graphics design ability
* Ability to code in HTML
* Ensure that emails render correctly in various mail clients on, desktop, tablet and mobile devices
* Knowledge of Subscribermail / MailChimp / ConstantContact (They are all similar...if you know one, you can get around any of them)
* Ability to work with my IT team for any questions that may come up
* Ability to take a project and run with it - I don't want to have to hand hold on every email
I want to see samples of emails that you have sent out so I can better get an idea of the style you have. Please send these separate from a link to your entire portfolio so I can sort through all the applications easier.
Please also include if you want to get paid hourly (And the rates) or fixed fee (And what that fee would be) For now, lets start with 2 emails, and take it from there if our relationship works. Based on the proposals, I will probably select 2-3 people each to make 2 emails, and see has the best combination of a working relationship with us, and final product.
