Simpls website to be made on wordpress

We need a provider who can develop a simple website. We have all the designs ready in PSD form. We can give the PSDs for you to start work. We would like the site to be created using Wordpress so that managing content will be easy. The plugins (for future updates) will be a registration form that gives users a members area. Members can upload their picture, their profile, give the code of their youtube video, flickr / picasa photostream, post comments on others profile pages. Refer sites built on Wordpress (eg. [login to view URL]).
I am also open to any other simple CMS like Joomla, provided it's easy to use.
