Convert a PSD to an HTML Website

Looking for talented developers who will convert Photoshop PSD files into HTML templates. This will be single projects sent to you to convert on an ongoing bases and will all be done through an automated system.
We require developers who can do one or more of the following:
* Convert PSD to Responsive HTML
* Convert PSD To HTML Email Templates
* Convert PSD To Joomla Templates
* Convert PSD to Drupal Templates
* Convert PSD to Magento Templates
Key skills are: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Jquery
All are paid in US dollars on a per project bases. You have no interaction with clients, only with the system.
