Login & Add-To-Cart via Scan Unique URL QR (Prestashop or other eCommerce)

I do have a website on which I do plan to sell sub-stores based on Prestashop or other eCommerce platform (I do hear recommendations) where I do plan to include Multiple Stores (one per restaurant/pub/bar/etc.

I do plan to sell subscriptions to Restaurants/bars/pub where on this sub-Stores they can post their menu.

Now the though part:

I do plan to sell them QR Stickers to be attached on each table (an unique QR per Table) and on each option on the menu (unique QR per Product), that has to be associated to the previously selected table because the customer is previously logged in with the first QR Scan.

When a customer goes to a table, they can Scan (via Smartphone) the QR of the Table (so the system has to identify which table is ordering).

Then, the customer can scan individual QR's from the menu and the system will Add-To-Cart those items and place the order (for that table).

Finally, the customer can just select a final QR for the Checkout (one step).

The objective is just to add URLs on each QR only.

I'm OPEN to hear proposals of platforms/approaches in order to achieve it.
