Problem creating user account admin login in magento.

I have an urgent problem to solve with my magento store.
The site works perfectly in Chrome, Firefox.
The problem occurs in Internet Explorer. When you try to create a user account nothing happens. The screen just returns to the login screen. The user cannot log in or sign up for new account. The problem is also present with the admin log section. When you login with internet explorer to the admin section nothing happens, it just stays on the admin login screen.
This is a bug I need solved as soon as possible. I will pay $25 for a person who can fix it. I must have full assurance that you can fix this and do it asap. Only bid on this project if you are fully aware of what the problem is.

Please note the problem is only in internet explorer. Login works fine in chrome and firefox.
