Translate 480 medical expressions from English to French - human translation

I have a few medical expressions that I need translated from English to French.
Please do note that I insist very much on human translation and not by electronic automatic means such as Google Translate!
I have a text file which contains roughly 480 such expressions, and most of them are just single words, but you'll also find larger expressions, so generally this should go pretty fast.
You only need to translate the words between " ".
What you'll find is lines of text like this:
[login to view URL] = "MINOR Emergencies"
So you'll need to translate just "MINOR Emergencies". Please do make the translation case sensitive i.e. with respect to upper and lower cases.
The freelancer will be preferred if he/she has medical knowledge as these terms refer to an emergency medicine project.
I encourage you to send over a small sample with your own translation with 5-10 expressions from the list you'll find attached, and which uses expressions of at least 4 words.
The deadline is 2 days, but anyone with a good knowledge of what he's doing would complete this in a hour tops!
