I am looking for an experience developer that can create a quite simple app that can be downloaded on iPhones and Android phones.
The application would not necessarily require a log-in account, but if we could link it to my forums account database it would be a PLUS.
I need an application I can use to send PUSH notifications to the members of my community. Once the Application is downloaded they would have the option to receive PUSH notifications or easily turn it OFF to avoid annoyances. When they click the push notification it will open up the message in the app.
This app will kind of serve like a beeper did back in the 90s to alert my community of important news, events, promotions etc. It has to be PUSH notifications!
This is just teh beginning of the APP. The developer will get hired again for future expansion of the application.
I do not know how to add a phone application to the app store or android store, this would be my first project working with phone apps.
