VXML Script Modifications

We have a number of deployed VXML scripts running on the VoxPilot platform that need modification from time to time.

This includes:

1. Change the voice prompts and incorporate into and existing script. (Work with our voice talent to get audio script, parse audio file into individual prompts).

2. Modify javascripts as necessary to conform to script flow (as per change order).

3. Modify VXML script as necessary to conform to script flow (as per change order).

4. At times provide a new script (will typically use the same framework as existing scripts).

This work is not complex or difficult if you have experience with VXML/Javascript.

You will need to test the work (ideally using your own VXML platform, or use TellMe's free studio or Voxeo or one of your choice.). Final test will be on our platform and we will do this together, and that could require some modifications. Our platform is vxml 2.1 compliant.

The initial project is to take an existing English script and modify it to Spanish. A working English script and audio is provided. You will work with our voice talent to obtain the Spanish audio files. All translation will be performed by us and provided. Your responsibility will be to assemble the script with the audio files and ensure any TTS works as needed.

All scripts are static VXML scripts.
