Proposal: As I'd like to learn what is going on with my server, I'd like to interact. We can get on the phone (I can call), I'll give you RDP access to my screen, and I will have RDP access to the server. I have setup a complicated website [url removed, login to view] so am I no beginner.
I have a windows server 2012 r2 root and hosted. The event log has a bunch of errors and I'd like them addressed. Also, some performance settings in IIS 8.5 might be better set.
