Website with Magazine functionality

I need assurances that the social media part of this job will be delivered by October 4th.

Functionality of website by October 12th.

PLEASE PROVIDE PROJECTS THAT YOU HAVE WORKED ON SIMILAR TO THIS ONE. WILL ONLY ACCEPT ONE OR TWO QUALITY EXAMPLES.

IF YOU HAVE DEVELOPED A MAGAZINE SITE IN THE PAST, PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

ALSO, HOW MANY PEOPLE WORK IN YOUR COMPANY.

OVERVIEW

While the WEBPAGE DESIGN IS DONE, functionality of the site needs to be added.

All functionality needs to be presented in Spanish to consumer, background can work in English. I can provide all translations needed.

Please keep in mind that all admin for the site should be very easy, so that a person with limited programming/ internet skills can administer the site.

Looking for the following:

SOCIAL MEDIA COMPONENT:

FOR PEOPLE IN MEXICO state (drop down), zip code (drop down – STATE DEPENDENT), city (drop down – ZIP CODE DEPENDENT), township (drop down – CITY DEPENDENT), code to make sure human input. PLEASE CONSIDER THAT STATE, ZIP CODE, CITY, TOWNSHIP IS BASED ON MEXICO INFORMATION. I will provide xl spreadsheet with the information. - will likely have to add country to differentiate between U.S. and Mexico.

- HTML template to communicate messages similar to website (explain how to use it)

- Not an expert in this field, and open to suggestion. What I have seen, and it seems the most cost effective option, is to use the [url removed, login to view] platform (registering a user name to have analytics ability). They system needs to be in Spanish, as I understand [url removed, login to view] has this capability. In the bid please specify what you suggest and the cost of this item.

Elements I am looking for, to be included in the website (layout needs to be customized similar to what it currently is on the website on the article page).

- Tell a friend. Effective way to share with site with others.

- Facebook

- Facebook like

- Twitter

- Delicious

- Digg

- Yahoo mail

- Gmail

- e-mail

Also, a landing page (see slide 6) needs to be created for sharing, which is very similar to an article page.

And the same buttons need to be added to the homepage, but in a different layout.

FUNCTIONALITY COMPONENT:

Each article page to have the option to add comments from facebook. Likely only need one or two pages done and an explanation of how to include in further article pages. Non-facebook users should also be able to post a comment, by filling out their e-mail, the message, and the security code for anti-spamming. Magazine should be able to remove offensive material.

I believe a nice Gold Standard is the CNN page ([url removed, login to view]),

alternatively Forbes which has a nice “report abuse” button ideal to help in removing offensive material. Also like the button at bottom that says “Post a Comment”.

Also, rest of the page should be very easy for me to modify in CS4. What I have seen is that hte Newsletter section is “looked out”, and the rest keeps functionality.
