HTML Markup from Document to Joomlart T3 Typography

I am converting some powerpoint presentations to HTML. I want to extract the content and simply hand-code the html according to this typography...

This project is already started and, we are using the Joomlart T3 2 Blank Template, an example is here...

The main audience for these html pages in joomla will be the iPhone and the Android, so we must take care to format the pages for smaller browsers.

The project will go in two phases:

Phase 1: We are simply converting the powerpoint slides to html...

1) create one html page for each slide

2) copy the content from the powerpoint slide into the html page

3) if images exist, extract and optimize these images into a folder, then insert to the html

4) code the html page to make best use of template html (css classes, h1, h2, h3, ul, class, icon, pre, etc.)

5) as the pages are coded, we will provide feedback and revisions to make better use of the typography

6) verify the pages look good on handheld browsers (the t3 template has built-in styles for this)

Phase 2: We will provide a menu structure and organize the pages within this structure

1) merge or split some of the html pages

2) create a menu structure in joomla, organize pages within this structure

3) minor revisions to the template:

a) change the logo

b) show the search module

c) fix the typography (icons don't display) here...

The powerpoint presentations are attached, the phase 1 requirement is to create one html page for each slide or presentation...

Other requirements:

1) Don't delegate any of the work to a third party

2) Don't disclose this work or post examples on the internet

3) Designer needs to have a good eye for aesthetics and make sure all the pages look great

4) I would like to a trial run to see how it goes
