Looking for a developer to build a running/biking application similar to Runtastic, Map My Run, Connect Stats, Strava, etc. Please see attached images for examples.
Developer must be able to implement a formula that can make calculations based on distance traveled and the elevation gained/lost over that distance (formula to be provided).
Must be able to track routes, distance, average pace, calories, time.
Should have the ability to integrate with applications that track heart rate.
Should be able to keep historical stats such as routes run by date, average heart rate (if
available), average pace, average speed, stride length (if possible), max speed, elevation up, and elevation down.
Should be able to show graphical statistics such as completed versus goal and month to month average speed, distance, time, calories etc.
Should track stats for both running and cycling.
Should be able to color code the segments of the route run based on elevation.
Should be able to color code the segments of the route based on speed.
Should have flexibility to integrate with third-party devices such as my fitness pal, Timex, pole are, Garmin, Wego, Suunto, Wahoo, etc.
Should allow you to compete against your best time. This should be illustrated by showing your pace compared to your current running/cycling time in graphical format (like two dots on a line or map)
Should be able to record x,y, and z coordinates every x amount of feet to measure distance and elevation.
Should be able to execute a formula (which will be provided) that calculates an adjusted distance based on distance and elevation.
Should allow two or more users to race against each other at the same time. And each user should be able to see how far or fast the other users are running/cycling (by split screen or a graphic that shows all runner/cycles on the same distance/timeline.
Should be able to search for other runners/cyclers either locally or application wide that have similar times.
Users should have the ability to challenge other runners/cyclers to a live run.
