Port and Translate Dutch Code to English

I have some legacy code written in QBasic (less than 1000 lines). The variable and function names are in Dutch.
I need a native Dutch speaker who understands QBasic to port the code to a working C/C++ program, with variable and functions names translated to English, as well as some comments about what the code is doing.
About half of the code is fluff: things like input/output, variable declaration, "Press any key to continue", etc. so the actual "meat" of the program is only a few hundred sparse lines. It should be less than a day's work for someone who is familiar with QBasic and C/C++.
Just to avoid bots and spammers, can you please include with your proposal a single sentence explaining what "NEXT" does in QBasic.
