We need someone to become a customer service representative for my eBay.
We will need people who are fully fluent in English, can write without grammar / spelling mistakes, and respond to all of our emails in a friendly and polite manner. Candidate must be hard working and answer each email with care and commitment
No matter how our customers/potential customers act, we must always respond professionally and calmly, so our potential candidate must be patient as well.
Prospective candidate must be good at researching as well, in order to answer some of our customer emails.
We will provide full training on how to use our platform and the way to respond to emails. The candidate must be available to answer questions 7 days a week (if you are a team or company of customer reps, you may divide the work amongst yourselves, but all training must be done together).
This will only be email support, you will not have to do any phone support.
This will be a full time position, when providing a quote, please quote the price for a day's work.
