I own a wedding videography business. This would be an ongoing job, but would only require 2-3 hours of total work per week, at the absolute most. I am too busy to keep up with it, and it becomes tedious for me. I require you to have a cell phone to make calls on, and be mostly available for phone calls during regular 9 to 5 working hours. With emails, you are free to do this on your own time. I am in the Midwest of the US, so it is CST. I also require you to speak English natively.
I need an assistant to complete the following tasks daily, during the workweek.
-Respond to all emails. This generally takes up little time, because most people just want to know if I’m available or they want more details. After one email, I try to speak to them on the phone. Also, after the wedding, correspondence is needed to keep the bride and groom posted about the finished product.
-Respond to phone calls. Essentially, you are selling the product to the bride/groom/parents. You will need to be extremely well-versed in what I have to offer, the packages, common questions, etc. Most potential bookings ask VERY similar questions. After you learn the answers, it is simple.
-Data entry into software booking program. This is not difficult or time consuming, but I expect it to be kept up daily, and all correspondence to be logged. The software makes it easy, but you will have to learn the program. It is not difficult.
Some days, no one calls or emails. Other days, there can be a lot. I expect a response time to be under 24 hours. You should never have to spend more than 30 minutes per day working. I keep emails very short, and phone calls rarely take more than 10 minutes. My business is very automated, and I encourage you to do the same where possible.
