Alexa skill to change Modbus-TCP digital registers status in home network

Looking for a developer to develop a simple ALEXA skill that will allow the change (0 or 1) of Digital Registers or an Analog Rehister value change in a home automation system using ModBus-TCP protocol.

The skill should be able to define (very simply) a tag address in a PLC and the value required:

examples : (IP address of the PLC)-(ModBus station address)-(Modbus address)-(value)

---> 192.168.1.25-15-105-1 -> write "1" to coil address 105

---> 192.168.1.10-8-20482-3755 --> write "3755" to Word register 20482 (16-bit unsigned)
