We're a Digital Marketing Agency looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who can do a variety of tasks for us. The most important task is to handle our CEO's inbox as inbound leads (potential clientS) always message it to enquire about our business - Your job is to convince them to book sales calls with our company.
- Must have PERFECT Written English + Good Spoken English Skills
- Must have great communication throughout the day with us
- Must be EXPERIENCED as a Virtual Assistant (and/or for the responsibilities below)
- Appointment Setting (Inbound Leads via LinkedIn inbox/Email Inbox/Facebook Inbox)
- Account Management (Monthly 1 on 1 calls with our clients, ops management, etc)
- Recruiting Staff For Our Business (Job Ad Posting, Interviewing, etc)
- Misc Tasks (data entry, maybe content creation, etc)
You will work full time, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday). You must work USA hours (PST).
Additionally, you will report to us daily.
