Our 35 person team includes the best artists, designers and developers in the industry, with experience releasing over 50 top 25 applications with over 35 million installations including the first social game to amass 10 million downloads, first social game to hit #1 in the App Store, and first social game to break top 5 grossing.
ABOUT THE JOB:
Have you always wanted to work in an environment where knowing all the ins and outs of a game was part of your job requirements? PennyPop is the developer of the fast growing game called Battle Camp and we are looking for individuals that understand the importance of great customer service.
You will interact with our players in order to identify bugs, help players with game features, and voice players concerns by sharing their feedback to the team. Your job will be to solve issues with your vast knowledge of our game and your dedication to providing the best support possible.
This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position and would be done remotely. Our team consists of game enthusiasts that work hard to bring new and exciting features to the players. We have fun working in a fast pace environment!
THINGS YOU WILL DO:
--Respond to tickets within an accepted amount of time
--Identify possible errors
--Provide solutions that keep our players motivated and playing
--Help monitor new features and events
--Collaborate with departments to correct known issues
--Help players grow in the game
--View customer satisfaction with ownership of an issue from beginning to end.
YOU NEED TO HAVE:
--Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
--Excellent customer service and problem solving [url removed, login to view] to make decisions independently or with little guidance.
--Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast paced environment
--Ability to quickly assess and provide simple solutions for complex problems.
--Willing to be somewhat flexible with hours to help accommodate the changing needs of a live game.
NICE TO HAVE:
--Having played and being knowledgeable of Battle Camp
--Having prior experience in customer service or gaming communities
--Being tech savvy
--Being fluent in multiple languages
