I am looking for a VA and was wondering if you would fit the requirements below.
As a Virtual Assistant you will be expected to provide professional administrative, technical, and creative (social) assistance remotely from your home/office.
CHARACTERISTICS I AM LOOKING FOR:
- Sense of urgency/being prompt and respecting deadlines
- Time efficient, fast and detailed oriented assistant
- Full of integrity
- Organized and proactive to meet deadlines
- Great at planning ahead
- Excellent communicator keeping updated regularly
- Available and able to work in between 9am to 5pm on EST time zone during the week.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (But may grow as position grows):
-Formatting and scheduling 2-3 newsletters per week in Aweber
- Creating content to repurpose newsletter into Social Media posts (FB business page, Insta), design picture when needed, schedule posts
- Creating landing pages in Leadpages
- Assisting with private Facebook group (welcome new group members)
- Create slides, edit audio files or format PDF.
-Trying to anticipate any necessities for the company and communicating them
-Making suggestions for improving company procedures wherever necessary
Will evolve with: (or you will be in charge to recruit appropriate freelancer for the front-end, customer support)
- Automatization of the onboarding of new clients using acuity for example
- scheduling of clients meetings
- Processing of payment
- Client support
-Professionalism & excellent communication
-Knowledge of Leadpages is required
-Knowledge of Facebook is required
-Knowledge of Aweber is required
-Knowledge of Wordpress is required
-Knowledge of Canva is a plus (unless you have your own image design tool)
-Knowledge of WebinarNinja is a plus

The position's future is to evolve in a VA position with project management responsibilities to hire other skilled freelancers and manage them but the first tasks that will be delegated will be newsletter's formatting and social media management to see first if this is a good fit.
