Hii thanks for checking my ad- I have a real-estate/AirBnB type of Business and manage about 25+ homes, 100 rooms. :). GOOD THING ABOUT MY ROLE 1. EASY INSTRUCTIONS: Super clear instructions (written & video both) and relatively easys task (see attachment). It's bit easy coz it's repetitive, once you do it once, you get used to it coz same stuff ;). 2. ABOUT ME: I’m very easy-going. Long-term. REQUESTS Please kindly consider me if 1. AVAILABILITY: Really hoping to find someone with good/flexible availability. Tasks are long-term, but sometimes bit bit fluctuating in amount. And sometimess (not always) need them done soon (e.g. within a day ideally). So Ideally someone who does not have a full-time job already pls :). 2. EXPERIENCE: Ideally 1-3+ yrs experience as Personal/Virtual Assistant Pls :); because hoping to find someone who doesn't require micro-manage & too much personal coaching, and can just use experience & instructions to to do tasks correctly :) TASKS 1. Their is about 10+ different real-estate related easy tasks, in attachments, I've added a couple of them to get an idea :). 2. HOURS: When I'm working, I work Australian Hours; 10-11 am to 10pm. If message, please kindly let me know 4 of these answers :) 1. Hello, i'm interested in your project. I can work 40 hours per week (or plus if it's necessary) and have experience as a personal assistant in travel agency (14 months) and with airbnb site. Melbourne is +10 compared to my time zone, so it can be a problem, but not necessary. I'm available from 8pm to 11 - 12 am (Melbourne Time) and i can work 40 hours per week as i mentioned. Hello, My name is Citra, I'd like to apply for this Virtual Assistant job :). I have experience as Personal Assistant in real life for seven months, I know, it's not quite long but it's enough to understand and keep up with Assistant tasks. I live in Yogyakarta, Indonesia Western Time (GMT+7), 4 hours late than Melbourne time. I'm ready for this long term job, since I have plenty of free time from morning to noon, and I'm working from home so my time is pretty flexible. I online daily, start from 7AM (11AM Melbourne time) and usually taking break on 12PM to 1PM, for this job I provide 35hrs a week, and will do extra cover on weekends. For time availability, it's surely negotiable since I have plenty of free time, especially in the morning, if I may suggest 7AM - 3 PM (11AM - 7PM Melbourne time) on daily basis sounds good :). For your information and consideration I'm the kind of person who put a lot of attention to details, eager to learn and finish the task as soon as I can. I'm pretty independent and also a self-learner, I'm accustomed to learn almost everything by myself. In person, I'm very easy going and pretty laid back in general, but even so I'll make sure every task will run smoothly :) You did pretty good job with the ad, it's pretty much easy to understand and follow, you put it by point, it could be better if Freelancer come with simple html so you can tweak the ad a little bit, but in general, it's very nice!
