I am looking for a part time virtual assistant to help me organize my work and stay focussed with various projects that I am involved in.
The work will involve scheduling tasks for the week at the beginning of the week and reviewing/updating on subsequent days. Communication will be by email and phone calls using skype. The assistant needs to organize and keep track of all the tasks discussed and schedule/bring to my attention/track progress appropriately and maybe even help me think through some of the scheduling. You can use whatever additional scheduling system you want to keep track of everything, if needed, but I will provide you with a Microsoft Word document with a list of tasks that you will need to keep updated with the current schedule and send this to me on a daily basis.
I am looking for a highly organized person who can do a thorough job without letting things fall through the cracks and willing to take charge and be proactive/assertive to ensure that things are running efficiently. The person should not be afraid to let me know if things are not getting done or being neglected and make constructive suggestions.
I am busy with many things and tend to be scatter brained. I need this person to keep track of things and make sure nothing falls through the cracks - you are evaluated by how much work you can get me to do in the most efficient way.
I will provide the initial word document for the task list and the assistant will need to keep updating it as needed. The assistant must have access to Microsoft Word 2007 and must be able to talk using Skype.
I expect this to take about 5 hours or less a week for this person.
