Looking for an office assistant/Bid coordinator. We are a small glass and glazing company (we install glass at commercial projects) and need help in the office. No cell or internet use at work please. Must be punctual and reliable. Bilingual (English and Spanish). 30 min lunch break please. Must be able to work independently and organized. Familiar with Microsoft Office, Internet, Email, PDF.
-Print drawings from PDF
-filing and organizing files
-maintaining office clean
-type proposals (estimator gives you his write ups, you use a template to send out to contractors)
-answer phone (maybe about 5 calls a day, mostly its done by email)
-Other office duties as needed
