I need an assistant to help assist me in my day to day operations. This includes receiving and making phone calls, sending emails, scheduling, managing real estate online and more. It is important that you are able to speak English. You will need access to the internet as well as to be able to easily make and receive clear phone calls. You will help to keep me organized so having good organizational skills are very important. If you have a background in real estate that is great but it is not necessary. You will call tenants in response to maintenance requests. You will need to answer phone calls and respond appropriately. You will sometimes need to call utility companies, and contractors to set up appointments. You will help with online marketing for rental and sales of real estate.
