Hi,
I need a full time VA for these tasks :
** tasks ***************
1) wholesaling Real Estate : Cold calling , texting, chatting, following up, data collecting, skip tracing,… : this will take 80% of your time
2) Overall administrative tasks and YouTube script creating.
The company wants to build presence on YouTube by creating educational video’s.
We have employees to record the video’s, you won’t have to record yourself or be on video (unless you like to and want to).
You need to summarize information about real estate subjects by watching youtube video’s and learn from me and write something entertaining about the subject that will be used for a 10-15 minutes video.
3) updating facebook profile and website
Speaking perfectly English with an American accent is important for the cold calling job.
Experience in wholesaling or cold calling is a plus, also for creating scripts for the video’s this is a plus.
Please record a 3 to 5 minute audio where you presenting yourself and explain what experience you have in this field. Also mention if you have experience in real estate software and how do you think of these packages.

Cold calling : 2:30 pm - 5:30pm and 10pm – 1am. Other tasks can be chosen.
