Virtual Assistant (100% remote, 10 hours/week)

I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant to help me with different tasks (content creation, social media, online research and other administrative tasks).
It's a long term position. We will start with 10 hours per week, but my idea is to have a part-time assistant (20 hours per week).
I'm looking for someone with strong researching & writing skills (in English and also Spanish if possible).
We will start with easy and repetitive tasks, but if you do a good job I will start delegating also more complex and creative tasks.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
- Perfect English (native-speaker level)
- Great writing skills (almost 100% of our communication and tasks will be written, so you have to be able to express ideas very efficiently in writing)
- Ability to work autonomously (without detailed instructions or a manager reviewing everything)
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
- Great Spanish level (at least to translate articles from Spanish to English)
- Experience with Wordpress and managing social media profiles (Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube...)
- Design skills (websites, images, banners...)
