I need a spreadsheet that will calculate the over-time hours that an employee wants to add to his/her comp-time bank on a bi-weekly basis with yearly totals. The employee can only have up to 40 hours at one time saved in his/her comp-time bank and no more than 80 hours comp-time saved for an entire year.
The employee can use up to 8 hours of comp-time per day as long as they have enough hours in the comp-time bank to cover the used hours but cannot use more than 80 hours of comp-time per year. Validation rules must be applied to appropriate cells to prevent the data entry from not following the comp-time stipulations set above.
